Pretty chill weekend for me. My back is getting better day by day which I can't be more thankful for. My first few days back on the bike I was pedaling with even a stiffer core than normally. Injuries like this that are just minor setbacks are reminders of how fortunate we are to have good health......

GO211.com posted the crash footage from Whittier and you can check it out here. It doesn't look so bad but when you view it in slow motion you'll notice that I get kicked in the back twice by Nate and Dusty who were trying to avoid t-boning my body. Shout out to Dr Duddey for getting me back on track in a hurry.

David Herman came through on a HUGE win yesterday in Austrailia. That is awesome for him and he was a total underdog going into this race even though he's been killing it on US soil.....

Went to the chiropractor today. Dr Duddey is a god. I got treated for an hour and feel a lot better today. Was able to do a recovery ride on the road bike but I still move like I'm 90 years old when I'm getting in my car, or getting up/sitting down. Back injurys are no fun... but check out this video....

 

Today started off awesome, breezed my way into the semi and was sitting 2nd out of the first turn when me and JRich got tangled up and I ate the lip of the double coming out of the first turn only to get run over pretty bad by however many of the 6 guys that were behind me......

 

Went over to check out Whittier Narrows BMX with buddy Ramiro the other day and it's a pretty nice track again. I rode it back in the day when I was a kid and I guess the lay out is the same but I don't remember it too well so it was like new again.....

 

Back in California after a long Desoto weekend. Can't say much for myself other then a couple moto wins, a 5th in the semi, and a crash first moto while in 3rd during the USAC race that didn't feel too good. Slid out for no reason just railing the last turn and came up on some good road rash, and a pretty cool tire burn.....
