Back in California after a long Desoto weekend. Can't say much for myself other then a couple moto wins, a 5th in the semi, and a crash first moto while in 3rd during the USAC race that didn't feel too good. Slid out for no reason just railing the last turn and came up on some good road rash, and a pretty cool tire burn.....

Sigh. AA is hard, and this has not been the ideal start of a season for me, but hopefully things will be looking brighter soon. Otherwise you might see me wearing a "Dunce cap" type jersey here in the near future which is my team managers way of saying, Pull your head out of your ass.

On a brighter note, I was at the airport on Sunday with Fred and he was enjoying his last day being single before his wedding yesterday. While we were ordering at McDonalds, one of the big managers told me I was hot, which Fred got ridiculously jealous about. She was a 300lbs black lady and Fred, you can have her buddy! Just because he's getting married he doesn't feel like big ladies really like him anymore and he's bummed.

On the cool side of things, the ABA is holding the contest in the next coming BMXer magazine to win my bike. The contest is going to be, tell them in 100 words or less why you should win DB44's custom Haro race bike. So look for that on the next BMXer, it's the bike I raced last season.

Congrats to KB on another killer weekend, as well as Jill on her USAC win.

I'm out to go meet up with the mexican mafia (Cristian, Javier, Buddy Ramiro) to ride Whittier. Late!
