He's got to be psyched. Congrats Big Herm you're on a mission lately! Khalen looked good, a slide out in turn 2 winning his semi final took him out and took the little man dR with him. I bet dR was raging afterwards head like a tomato but it's ok Donny you're still one of my favorites. It was crazy that Prokop ran into Khalen and Donny and crashed but still managed to stay next to his bike and qualify to the final. The track looked fun except the 3rd straight looked horrible. I was bummed to not see Mikey make the final, kid is another level of talent just needs to get it poppin' first 3 cranks and he'll be atop the podium soon. I'm going with him at the Olympic Trials race with ease.
Pretty busy weekend for me. I still haven't been able to ride a BMX bike since my crash at Whittier which is a blessing that I wasn't booked to go to Austrailia. I tried to do a sprint today and it's too much for my back to handle but I can ride around, so probably going to go flow around at the track tomorrow and see how I go. Yesterday, myself and the 59's rode our road bikes to Long Beach and back. A total of 47 miles. Pretty much a blow out with how hot it was (80+ all weekend). Last night I went out with Becca and the 59's to dinner downtown HB and a local bar as well. Met up with Carnes and Wildman and had a pretty fun time. Went down to Dog Beach today. RM59 was laying down on his towel and nearly got his head pissed on by a big mut which would have been the funniest thing ever. I cannonballed the ocean but it is WAYY too cold to be swimming in. I got heat stroke I'm out. One love.
